Two foggy days in Californ-i-a

Southern Californians are used to a marine layer along the coast, but full-blown fog is rare enough that we whip out our cellies to take pix and tweet them to the world. Just last night, Kevin (kevie) C from San Marcos shared this haunting image of “super thick fog downtown la pretty sweet.” Oh, and if you’re wondering about the title of this blog post, just Google it.

After those rare occasions when rain hits Southern California, we sometimes experience an even more rare treat from Mother Nature: rainbows. Of course, Twitter users are quick to capture those moments and share them with their followers.
