PaperPusher uses Twitter to express himself visually

On Twitter, Rick Marquez‘s bio reads “PaperPusher by Day.” I’m not sure what he does by night, but his Flickr stream suggests that Rick knows a thing or two about taking pictures. Last week, he shared this picture on Twitter as he was “Packing up my gear to go shoot some people even though outside looks like this.”

Birch executive shares pictures from Antarctica

Dr. Nigella Hillgarth is the executive director of Birch Aquarium at Scripps in La Jolla. But it wasn’t her work at the aquarium that caught my attention. Hillgarth uses Twitter to share pictures she’s taken around the world. Recently, she’s been posting many pictures from Antarctica. Here is a great photo of an “Old wooden boat on edge of Chinstrap penguin colony” in South Shetland Islands.
