iPhone 4 camera samples from the field

To supplement the published tests of the iPhone 4′s camera (see Gizmodo, MacWorld and Chris Pirillo) I’ve hunted down a few real-life shots taken by Southern Californians who have shared their iPics on Twitter. The first image was taken by “modest YouTuber” Toby Turner (@TobyTurner). When he tweeted this picture of a public building, he said that the new iPhone camera was changing his life.

Funky artist uses Inspire to paint on iPhone

Overton Loyd (@overtonloyd), creative director for George Clinton, is apparently a digital finger painter. When he recently upgraded the Inspire iPhone app, he shared this mobile painting and predicted that the art of the future could be created “with fingers by kids raised on iPads.” You can find more of Loyd’s art on his site. You can find more Inspire art in the growing Flickr group.
