Irvine photographer Matthew Saville has a web site that features wedding photography prominently. But don’t be fooled, Saville also does what some might call geek photography. Take a look at this shot of a certain Star Wars character. As Saville says, “Boba Fett does dramatic wireless flash.” He swears it is a real Boba Fett, by the way.
Daniel Barassi is a Burbank jack of all artistic trades, but his passion is music. He doesn’t list photography as one of his many talents, but this picture of a flower caught my eye when he shared it on Twitter the other day.
Los Angeles artist Grant Cobb completed this 24″x30″ watercolor a few days ago. He posted six step-by-step pictures (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) as he worked on the project. The piece is now up for auction.
