Images tweeted from beautiful SoCal weddings

Southern California locations make beautiful backdrops for a wedding, and many SoCal Twitter users share images from those ceremonies and other weddings that they attend outside of the region. On September 18 Matt Henderson of Valley Village tweeted “Congrats to Sarah & Paul Sklar on their wedding! Meant to post this on Sunday…” and posted this photo from the nuptials.

Apology to San Diego, a Twitter gallery

I’ve been unwittingly, and unintentionally, neglecting much of San Diego due to some silly programming error. To make up for that neglect, here are 31 pictures of San Diego taken by Southern Californians ond one visting Twitterer from the city that never sleeps.

On Sep 15 Sean Dailey of San Diego retweeted this image originally posted by New Yorker Jill Hanner five days earlier. Dailey commented: “Ahhh …San Diego at sunset in the summer …nice!”

Self-proclaimed funny Twitter pictures

These are some of the some of the funniest images recently tweeted in Southern California. Well, at least that’s what the tweets claim. What do you think?

Pictures, funny or not, can lose their impact when viewed as tiny thumbnails. So, starting with this post, every gallery will begin with one large image. How do you like the new format?
