All kinds of bikes, and one blue rack

We’re no Amsterdam, but Southern California is home to one of the nation’s most bike-friendly cities. But forget about friendliness, take a look at these cool rides, and one very unique bike rack.

Nothing like pictures about nothing

My friends come up with some silly, Sienfeldian ideas when I ask them to help me with a 140pix post. All of these pictures came from people who declared that there is “nothing like” a Monet, pupusas, a good rubdown and all sorts of other objects and experiences. There’s “nothing like” an idea finds something in common between a French impressionist and a Salvadoran food dish. Thanks, @bouc!

LA Fair Friday, volume 2

There were less photos coming out of the Los Angeles County Fair this week, but there was a Darth Vader siting, a super cool baby, a billboard that was “hating on twitter,” and one rather suggestive hot dog picture.
